This is YOUR journey, so my services are personalized for YOU. I support birth in all settings - hospital, birth center, and home. All birth is natural birth, and all birth matters. Whether you want a family-centered Cesarean in the hospital with an OB/Gyn, an unmedicated delivery at home with a midwife, or something in between, I am prepared to help you have the most positive experience possible.

The weeks and months after birth can be a mixed bag of emotions and experiences, whether it's the first time or not. As a trained postpartum doula and experienced parent, I provide education, guidance, and practical support to help the transition to life with a new family member be a little smoother.
