Postpartum Doula Services
Daytime Care
For families who want extra hands and experienced support in the first weeks and months of baby's life, here are services that come with a postpartum doula package:

Light housework, like helping with laundry, washing dishes, tidying shared spaces, etc.

Guidance around nursing and/or formula feeding

Assistance with meal planning and meal preparation

Support for partners and siblings adjusting to a new routine

Compassionate listening during the hard times

Education about diapering, swaddling, newborn sleep, etc.

Tips for baby-wearing at all stages of infancy

Referrals to medical/clinical professionals when necessary
Fees: $25/hour, minimum of 4 hours
Package of 20 hours (can be spread across weeks): $450
Package of 40 hours (can be spread across weeks): $900
Overnight Care
Overnight care is also available. Many of the services provided overnight are the same as those provided during the day. The primary focus of overnight care is to tend to baby's needs while you hopefully get longer, more restorative periods of sleep. Regardless of your feeding choice, we can create a plan that enables you to continue that choice and still have some reprieve. My overnight hours are typically 10 pm - 6 am.
Fee: $35/hour
