Birth Doula Services

I offer birth support in a package, which includes the following services:

• Prenatal Visits

  • Two to three visits, depending on when we begin working together​

  • Each visit is approximately 60-90 minutes

• Remote support

  • Unlimited phone/text/email support for questions and concerns that come up between prenatal visits​

• 24/7 Call

  • Once you are 37 weeks along, I am on 24/7 call until you either birth or reach 42 weeks​

• In-person labor support

  • A minimum of 12 hours of in-person support​

  • More time is possible at no extra charge depending on circumstances

• Support during "golden hour"

  • I stay for the first 1-2 hours after birth to support initial bonding and breastfeeding​

• Postpartum Home Visit

  • One visit in the first two weeks postpartum to check in​
