Once you reach 37 weeks of pregnancy, I am on call for you 24/7 until 42 weeks. I may be able to support you outside of this time frame, but I block my calendar for this time period.

In the first two weeks after birth, I visit you and the family in the home to check in and provide additional support, including breastfeeding assistance and birth processing.

I like to have two prenatal visits with you: one at around 28-30 weeks and another at 35-36 weeks.

Once labor begins, I provide at least 12 continuous hours of in-person support. I may be able to stay longer, depending on circumstances, but I plan for a minimum of 12 hours.

When questions or concerns come up between prenatal visits, feel free to reach out by phone, text, or email, and I can share evidence-based resources for more information.

Once your baby is born, I will stay for at least an hour after for the "golden hour" to assist with the immediate transition and support breastfeeding.
